Tuesday-May 19: SAN FRANCISCO – LISBON (PORTUGAL)
Board your overseas flight to Lisbon in Portugal.

Wednesday -May 20: LISBON – FÁTIMA
Arrive at Lisbon airport around 11:50am. You will be met by your tour escort.
Transfer to your hotel in Fátima. Dinner. Then participate in the Candle Lights Procession.
Overnight.

Thursday -May 21: FÁTIMA- SALAMANCA
Breakfast at your hotel. After the Holy Mass we will start our guided tour to the Capelinha (Apparition Chapel)
the Basilica which contains the tombs of the 3 visionaries, Bl. Jacinta, Bl. Francisco and Sr. Lucia.
Continue our travel towards the Spanish borders to the city of Salamanca (Spain). Arrive to the hotel for dinner
and overnight.

Friday -May 22: SALAMANCA
Breakfast at the hotel. We will enjoy a guide tour of Salamanca. Known as the city of thought and knowledge, it
is also a place of art and beauty. Its old town, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, boasts an outstanding
collection of monuments featuring exceptional examples of Romanesque, Gothic, Baroque, and Plateresque
architecture. The University of Salamanca, one of the oldest in Spain, is also among the country’s finest
examples of Renaissance architecture. We will have also a visit to the Cathedral known as ¨Catedral de la
Asunción de la Virgen ¨popularly known as New Cathedral is, together with the Old Cathedral, one of the two
cathedrals of Salamanca, Castile and León, Spain. It is the seat of the diocese of Salamanca. It was constructed
between 1533 and 1733 mixing late Gothic, Plateresque and Baroque styles. Return to our hotel for
dinner and overnight.

Saturday -May 23: SALAMANCA – ÁVILA – MADRID
Breakfast at our hotel. Leave for Ávila: capital of the Spanish province of the same name, is a city in the rolling
hill country northwest of Madrid. It’s best known for its intact medieval city walls, with 80-plus crenelated,
semicircular towers and 9 gates, including the arched El Alcázar, on the eastern side. Long sections atop the
walls are walkable. We will have a visit
To the Cathedral dedicated to Christ the Savior dating back to the 12th. century and the Basilica of the Carmelite
Saint Therese of Ávila. We will continue our tour towards Madrid, the capital city of Spain.

Sunday -May 24: MADRID
Breakfast at our hotel. Today we will enjoy a tour in Spanish Capital passing by its most
Important Monuments: Palacio de Oriente (Orient Palace): the official residence of the King of Spain. Continue
to Plaza de España with the monuments dedicated to Don Quixote and Sancho, a novel written by the famous
writer Miguel Cervantes. We will pass through the Gran Vía (the main avenue) passing by the Cibeles Fountain,
the Municipality building, the El Prado Museum ending up at the Cathedral of Saint Mary the Royal of the
Almudena, commonly known as the Almudena Cathedral. It is the seat of the Archdiocese of Madrid. Its
construction began in 1883 and finished over a century later, when it was consecrated by Pope John Paul II. We
will have time also to walk through the medieval part of the city from Puerta del Sol (Gate of the Sun) in the
heart of Madrid, passing through Calle Mayor (Major Street) until the Plaza Mayor, which was a great
architectural milestone, as it became the largest public space in Madrid. Throughout its 400 years of history, it
has served as the setting for all kinds of celebrations. It was inaugurated on May 15, 1620, with the events
celebrating the beatification of Saint Isidore. Return to our hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Monday- May 25: MADRID – TOLEDO – MADRID
Breakfast at our hotel. Today we will enjoy an excursion to the city of Toledo which is an ancient city set on a hill
above the plains of Castilla-La Mancha in central Spain. The capital of the region, it’s known for the medieval
Arab, Jewish and Christian monuments in its walled old city. It was also the former home of Mannerist painter El
Greco. The Moorish Bisagra Gate and the Sol Gate, in Mudéjar style, open into the old quarter, where the Plaza
de Zocodover is a lively meeting place. We will not miss the visit to the Primatial Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint
Mary of the Assumption. It is well-known for its magnificent medieval Gothic architecture, as well as the famous
artwork inside. The city is also famous of the Alcazar Fortress built in rectangular shape with four towers, dating
back the roman period in the 3rd. century. The Fortress dominates the entire city and could be seen from long
distance. Free time to roll through the old streets before we return to our hotels in Madrid. Dinner and
overnight.

Tuesday -May 26: MADRID – ZARAGOZA
Breakfast at our hotel. Leave for Zaragoza which is the capital of northeastern Spain’s Aragon region.
Overlooking the Ebro River in the city center is baroque Nuestra Señora del Pilar Basilica (our Lady of the Pillar) a
famous pilgrimage site with a shrine to the Virgin Mary and multiple domes. Mudéjar-style landmarks,
combining Islamic and Gothic architecture, include the Aljafería, an 11th-century Moorish palace, and the
Cathedral of the Savior, begun in the 12th century. Arrive to our hotel, dinner and overnight.

Wednesday- May 27: ZARAGOZA – BARCELONA
Breakfast at our hotel. We will start our day with a walking tour to the old part of the city
Around the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. According to the tradition, St. James built the first chapel. We will
have a complete visit of the interior with possibility to touch the black limestone pillar which was the
cornerstone of the basilica. We shall enjoy a panoramic city tour before heading to Barcelona. Arrive to our
hotel, dinner and overnight.

Thursday- May 28: BARCELONA
Breakfast at our hotel. We will start our tour in Barcelona by visiting the Basilica of the Holy Family, which is a
large unfinished Roman Catholic church in Barcelona, designed by Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí(1852–1926).
Gaudí’s work on the building is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and in November 2010 Pope Benedict XVI
consecrated it and proclaimed it a minor basilica, as distinct from a cathedral, which must be the seat of a
bishop. In the afternoon, an orientation tour through its major streets and monuments. Then we’ll do a
panoramic on the capital of Catalunya. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

Friday- May 29: BARCELONA – MONTSERRAT – BARCELONA
Breakfast at our hotel. Leave to the famous Abbey of Montserrat which is a Benedictine abbey located on the
mountain of Montserrat. It is notable for enshrining the image of the Virgin of Montserrat. The monastery was
founded in the 11th century and rebuilt between 19th and 20th centuries, and still functions to this day, with
over 70 monks. We will have a complete visit of the Abbey before returning to our hotel in Barcelona. Dinner
and overnight.

Saturday- May 30: BARCELONA – LOURDES (FRANCE)
Breakfast at our hotel. Depart to Lourdes, crossing the Spanish French borders crossing the Pyrenean Mountain
range. Arrive to our hotel in Lourdes, Dinner. We will have the opportunity to participate in the Holy Rosary
Procession. Overnight.

Sunday -May 31: LOURDES – TOULOUSE
Breakfast at our hotel. In the morning, we will take a walking tour of Lourdes, a shrine that receives 5 million
pilgrims from all over the world every year. Since the apparition of Virgin Mary to St. Bernadette Soubirous in
1858, the spirituality of the place touches everyone. Visit the Shrine of Our Lady, the Cave of the Apparitions,
and a possibility to take a bath in the waters of the river. IN the afternoon, leave for Toulouse, capital of
France’s southern Occitanie region, is bisected by the Garonne River and sits near the Spanish border. It’s known
as La Ville Rose (‘The Pink City’) due to the terra-cotta bricks used in many of its buildings. Arrive to our hotel.
Dinner and overnight.

Monday -June 01: TOULOUSE – LISBON
Very early breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Toulouse airport to board you flight to Lisbon
(Portugal). Arrive at 08:05 am. Meet with your guide for a tour to the capital city of Portugal
featuring the most important monuments to include the UNESCO-listed Jerónimos Monastery
and Belém Tower, which are iconic Manueline-style landmarks from the Age of
Discoveries; the historic São Jorge Castle, a symbol of the city ancient past; the Monument to the Discoveries,
celebrating Portugal’s explorers; and the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa), the oldest church in the city.

Tuesday June 02: LISBON – SAN FRANCISCO
Early breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Lisbon airport and board you flight back to San
